The Problem
The campus health centre ran on paper prescriptions, walk-in-only appointments, manual insurance claim forms, and physical medical files. Students waited in long queues for routine consultations, medicine availability was unpredictable, and insurance claims took weeks to process.
The Approach
Built a unified health centre platform supervised by Dr. Gagan Raj Gupta. Students book appointments online, view available slots, and get reminders. Doctors write digital prescriptions that auto-check medicine inventory. Insurance claims are generated as structured PDFs with one click. All medical records are stored digitally with privacy controls — students access their history, prescriptions, and test results through a secure portal.
How it was built
Worked with Dr. Gagan Raj Gupta to map every health centre workflow — from appointment booking to prescription, dispensing, and insurance filing.
Built the appointment system with slot management, doctor availability, and automatic reminders via push notifications.
Developed the digital prescription module — doctors prescribe from the formulary, the system checks stock, and the pharmacy queue updates in real-time.
Created the insurance claim generator — structured PDF output matching the required formats, with auto-populated student and treatment data.
Implemented the secure medical records vault — encrypted storage with role-based access for students, doctors, and admin.
