“A district-scale digital governance portal that centralizes departments, schemes, career pathways, welfare initiatives, gallery content, industrial policy, and grievance redressal for citizens of Raipur.”
SARAL, short for Simplified Access to Raipur's Administrative Links, is an integrated digital governance portal built for the District Administration Raipur under the Government of Chhattisgarh. The platform gives citizens one transparent, centralized, and citizen-friendly access layer for government departments, public welfare schemes, career and employment information, welfare assistance programs, galleries of public initiatives, industrial policy resources, and grievance submission. Rather than forcing citizens to navigate fragmented government channels, SARAL consolidates these services into one guided, searchable, and up-to-date digital experience.
“More with less: one card, one identity, one intelligent campus backbone.”
Seamless is an integrated smart card platform for IIT Bhilai operations: attendance, mess, health services, library automation, and campus payments in one connected system.
“Digitising the first 60 minutes of trauma care — from accident spot to assigned doctor — for the Chief Medical Office of Raipur District.”
Golden Hour is an intelligent ambulance and emergency-response coordination system commissioned by the Chief Medical Office of Raipur District. Once an ambulance picks up a patient, the platform automatically guides it to the nearest hospital with available capacity — or to a specific referral hospital — and digitises every handover step between EMS staff, hospital incharge, and the receiving doctor. The result is a single, accountable, real-time channel that compresses the most critical 60 minutes of trauma care into a measurable digital workflow.
“An accessibility-first ATM ecosystem enabling independent banking for visually impaired and Divyang users.”
Divyang ATM is an accessibility-first banking system designed to let visually impaired and Divyang users perform ATM transactions independently. Built with incubation support at IBITF, IIT Bhilai, the project combines a custom hardware retrofit module, a companion mobile app (DivyaDristi), Braille printing, voice and face recognition, and geotagged guidance — engineered with the support of SBI and RBI for real banking workflows.
